Beme allowed people to post in a way that helped people share their big and small moments with the world. Many of the posts were about holidays and were inspirational in content. The app used to allow you to tailor your posts to tell a short story. Now, you are unable to post your short stories and/or do any type of Vlogging with the software. However, the current build is still downloadable, and you may install it for free, but it is only for viewing and for pulling up the files for your older archived posts.
What Will CNN Do With The Technology
The company that created Beme has sold the technology to the news group CNN. However, you are still able to download the app and pull up your old archived stories and posts. If you have added content onto the platform in the past, you should go back and retrieve it. This is especially true if the content you posted was your only version and/or copy of the media files that you uploaded.
